• Concept development and technology selection in close cooperation with the customer's team.

• Concept and design analysis with various tools. This can range from spreadsheet-based first-order calculation through a full Finite Element Analysis

• Full 3D- Mechanical Design for models and manufacturing drawings. The preferred tools are ProEngineer Wildfire / Creo and Solidworks.

• Fabrication. We have a close working relationship with a number of precision machine shops with a broad range of capablilites ranging from CNC milling and turning to wire EDM.

• Assembly and testing in-house or at the customer site.

• Documentation. We provide documentation for the entire scope of the activity from specification and project plans, through all stages of the design process, mathematical modeling, assembly and test procedures.
